Before design begins, we define the essential stages that help us understand the end goal of the project, how the space should function and what comfort means to you personally.

To guide this process, we’ve created a customized questionnaire with visual examples and images.
By completing it, both you and our team will gain clarity on the style, atmosphere, and overall direction the project will take.

From the initial understanding of the space, to concept development and the design of the most suitable interior or architectural solution, always aligned with both functional and aesthetic needs.

We deliver 2D layouts and realistic 3D visualizations, along with all the technical documentation that a complete design project requires.

We also ensure seamless coordination and communication between all suppliers and contractors involved, so that your project is executed with precision, efficiency, and coherence.

1. Understanding the Space

This phase focuses on understanding the project in terms of spatial functionality and your personal definition of comfort.
We begin with a site visit, during which we gather all technical, structural, and functional information — including measurements, photos, and relevant documentation.

We also define a preliminary budget.
Based on this information, we prepare a tailored proposal for the design phase.

2. The concept

This is an intermediate phase.
We begin with a visual questionnaire, and based on your answers, we develop the project’s concept.

You’ll get a preview of the space — functionally, spatially, and visually — through moodboards, sketches, 3D studies, color palettes, textures, and material proposals.

3. Design & Cost Estimation

We preview your project through detailed 2D drawings — including plans, elevations, and sections — as well as 3D visuals such as renderings and volumetric studies.

Throughout this stage, we guide you in selecting to all the products, materials, and suppliers.
This is also when we discuss project costs and execution timelines.

4. Project management

We oversee the implementation phase and provide on-site supervision throughout the process.
All execution-related decisions are made together with you — just enough to give you control, but never enough to give you a headache.
